Envirobase High Performance is waterborne basecoat mixing scheme that significantly reduces solvent emissions into the environment and complies with all current and future legislative requirements.

The Deltron BC system consists of high opacity solid , metallic and mica colours. Used in conjunction with a recommended PPG repair system, Deltron BC meets or exceeds the performance requirements of motor manufacturer paint system warranties. As part of the Deltron Global Refinish System, Deltron BC carries a large number of OEM approvals.

Deltron DG is a high-performance two-pack acrylic urethane topcoat designed for the direct gloss repair and re-spray of cars and commercial vehicles. The performance of Deltron DG in a recommended PPG repair system meets or exceeds motor manufacturer warranty requirements and the Deltron GRS system carries many OEM approvals.

A670 Kondar is a grey 1K nitrocellulose primer surfacer. It is fast air-drying, easy to sand and gives good film build in a minimal number of coats. It has unlimited potlife, and is suitable for use under sealers and both 2K and 1K topcoat finishes.
Kondar offers good adhesion to a number of suitably prepared surfaces. These include OE finishes and sound non-synthetic paintwork. Kondar can also be used over bare metal or fibreglass which have been pre-primed with an appropriate PPG etch or epoxy primer.
High build, fast air-drying and easy to sand and repair, Kondar is ideally suited for small repairs in bodyshops where stoving facilites are limited, and where airborne dirt contamination could be a frequent problem.

A685 is a high build 2K primer. It offers exceptional film build and isolating properties when used as a high-build
spray or primer filler, A685 can be applied over suitably prepared knifing putties, or over sound, fully cured original paintwork or adhesion primers.

D820 is a transparent ready-for-use adhesion primer for plastic substrates. It is suitable for use on a wide variety of plastics

D837 – DX330 Spirit Wipe is a mild blend of solvents for removing light contamination on small areas of bare metals as a step in the preparatory process.

D839 Prima is a grey 2K primer surfacer, suitable for a wide range of day-to-day repair work. Versatile, quick drying and easy to apply and sand, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, film build, surface levelling and gloss holdout over a wide range of substrates. By simple adjustment of the thinning ratio, Prima may be applied as a conventional primer surfacer,
as a high build spray filler. Prima may be air dried, low baked or IR cured. Prima may be applied directly to sound original paintwork, bare steel, polyester bodyfillers and suitable adhesion primers. It may be directly overcoated with 2K topcoat materials such as Deltron BC, Deltron DG or Envirobase.

These additives are designed to be used with Deltron DG, UHS, Progress UHS and Deltron clears to produce the textured finish found as original equipment on some components. Texture Additive D843 provides a matt, suede effect while Leather Grain Additive D844 gives a more pronounced textured finish.

D846 – DX103 Antistatic Agent for Plastics is a specially designed alcoholic blend of solvents formulated to treat plastic surfaces without damaging them. If sprayed on the plastic part and left to evaporate, D846 becomes an anti-static agent.

D880 is a premium quality high solids polyurethane clearcoat specifically formulated to give optimum gloss and durability.

D885 Enhancer is a combination of an accelerator and a potlife extender. Using D885, topcoats will cure faster and extend the potlife.

Deltron D893 Low VOC Performance Clear is a 2K acrylic urethane clearcoat for the repair and respray of vehicles originally finished with clearcoat over a single or multistage colour basecoat system. D893 is designed for use over Deltron BC or Envirobase colour. Deltron Low VOC Performance Clear has an organic solvent content lower than conventional clearcoats. This makes it particularly suitable for bodyshops operating in areas where VOC emissions or product VOC content is restricted and productivity is an issue. When mixed as recommended with Deltron hardener and thinner, Deltron Low VOC Performance Clear has maximum ready-for-use VOC content below 420g/l.

Anti-silicone Additive D899 is an ancillary product specially formulated to help eliminating cratering problems due to silicone or grease contamination.

PPG CeramiClear Deltron D8105 is a mar and scratch resistant high solids clearcoat. PPG CeramiClear Deltron D8105 has excellent surface properties which, compared with conventional clearcoats, protect the finish against scratches and abrasion therefore preserving the glossy finish for a long time.

D8420 is an aerosol ready-for-use adhesion primer for plastic substrates. It is suitable for use on the wide variety of plastics

D8421 1K Aerosol Primer is designed and formulated for “Rub throughs” to bare metal and small spot repairs. It can be overcoated directly with Global Refinish Topcoat systems.

GRS Deltron Aerosol Fade Out Thinner D8730 offers an easy and simple fade-out process for GRS Deltron Progress UHS DG colours, and for Low VOC HS Clears. It is formulated for easy application and has excellent overspray wetting properties, giving a high gloss and high quality finish to the fade-out process. It is supplied in an aerosol for ease of use.

DP40 is a versatile 2K Epoxy Surfacer. It is light grey in colour, chromate-free and has good corrosion resistance over bare metal. DP40 has good adhesion to a wide variety of suitably prepared substrates. These include bare and galvanised steel, luminium, GRP and fibreglass, painted surfaces and fillers, and a wide range of plastic substrates. DP40 is ideally used as a wet-on-wet or non-sand surfacer, but may be stoved or air-dried if required. It may also be used as a one-coat sealer over sanded 2K primers and surfacers, when it fills sanding marks and promotes optimum gloss holdout in the topcoat. DP40 is also an excellent sealer for use over TPA finishes.

A656 Galvaplast 77 is a premium quality 2 component polyester filler that offers outstanding adhesion to any metal substrate - including 'difficult' surfaces such as galvanised or zinc-coated steel, stainless, aluminium and fibreglass. Offering smooth application, fast drying and easy sanding, Galvaplast 77 is particularly versatile and easy to use.

A652 Iviplast 66 is a fine, flexible 2 component polyester filler that offers excellent adhesion to both rigid and deformable plastics. Like the substrates it is designed to repair, Iviplast 66 offers good resistance to the light impacts and stonechips that frequently damage the lower external bodywork and trim areas.

A661 P.E. Stopper is a conventional 2 component polyester filler that offers quick drying and easy clog-free sanding. P.E. Stopper is suitable for use over bare steel, fibreglass, GRP and other primed or painted surfaces.

A 242 Putty V.B.A. Beige is a light single-component acrylic stopper, suitable for the quick repair of minor surface scratches or imperfections. V.B.A. Putty can be used over paintwork, primer or filler, and is ideal for the quick repair of minor preparation defects.

Harlequin Basecoat colours contain unique multi-layer pigment flakes that give a paint film the ability to literally change colour when viewed from different angles. MC376 is a two component high solids acrylic urethane clear. MC376’s quick-drying characteristics make it particularly suited to small-area repairs, typically up to two panel surfaces on a small or medium-sized car.
